We are looking for a Customer Services administrator to join our growing team just outside the centre of Leeds.
Responsibilities as follows:
Answering in-bound calls and meeting visitors to the brewery.
Coordinating deliveries to customers and liaising with hauliers.
Assisting with accounts, book keeping and filling.
Raising invoices for customer orders.
Dealing with customer complaints.
Taking bookings or payment by credit card or cash for events, goods or services
Coordinating company web shop stock and deliveries to customers.
Organising delivery of samples.
Attending beer festivals and events as required.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter used to working a multi dimensional role and have an extremely high level of customer service. A knowledge of Sage accounts software would be desirable but not essential.
